1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VibeShift, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and SoundCloud's Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

VibeShift provides:

• AI-generated "vibes" based on your inputs (mood/activity)
• Music playlists sourced from SoundCloud's public API
• Continuous improvement of AI recommendations based on user feedback

Not Included:

• No access to SoundCloud user accounts
• No offline playback

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use VibeShift for illegal purposes
• Attempt to extract/download SoundCloud audio
• Reverse engineer our AI systems
• Impersonate others

4. SoundCloud API Compliance

• Streaming Only: All audio plays directly from SoundCloud
• Metadata Use: We store only track IDs, titles, artists, and artwork URLs
• No Modification: Tracks play as uploaded

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You own all input data (mood/activity)
• SoundCloud Content: All tracks belong to original creators
• VibeShift: We own the app code and AI systems

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Violating SoundCloud's terms
• Abusing the AI system
• Illegal activity

7. Disclaimers

• AI Accuracy: Vibes are generative and may be imperfect
• Music Availability: Tracks may disappear if SoundCloud removes them
• Service Availability: No uptime guarantees

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for:

• SoundCloud track takedowns
• AI recommendations you dislike
• Third-party actions

9. Changes to Terms

We'll notify users of material changes via:

• In-app banners (all users)
• Email (registered users)

10. Governing Law
